Vinyl Sugar is Funko's brand for projects that have a more 'art toy' styling, and it looks like it is going to produce some real beauties. First up is the Idolz line which is a collaboration with 'A Large Evil Corporation' who are based in Bath, UK and specialise in advertising and animation.

This go round they are producing 3 figures from the 1974 Mel Brooks film Young Frankenstein, one of the best loved comedies ever. AND two charactors from Cameron Crowe's super-cult movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

They have long been making figurine sculpts for their own fun and have gathered a devoted fan-base - now some of those figures are coming to life.
